The customer service was rude and very disrespectful to my sister who recently came in to PURCHASE a bike. Before they knew a price point or how much she wanted to spend they immediately took her to the lesser of the Bikes.( aka The Broke B**** section)

I shopped last Saturday for a bike at the Bike Crossing in Ridgeland. It has been many years since I have ridden. Michael was so so very patient with me besides all of my questions, he asked me the right questions to find the best fit for me. Today I picked up my bike. The customer service was awesome. I selected all my accessories which they put on the bike for me. I was given a tire changing lesson and they explained every conceivable thing to me.
