I have had many good experiences with the Bike Crossing! Today I brought my bike in to have some work done that other shops would take maybe up to a week to get this done. But by the time I got home, ate lunch and called back to give them my new phone number my bike was already ready. Scott was on it very quickly and did a excellent job!! I wish I had those skills and the service is excellent. There are also so many bikes to choose from and everyone up there is so kind and fun to talk to!!!

Had a terrific experience at this store. The wife and I were in the "just looking" phase and really wasn't sure if we were ready to commit, however Mark took so much time with us and shared a wealth of information and we really appreciated it. We then left and went to all the other surrounding shops in the metro area, and we immediately noticed a distinct difference in tone and time spent. Had a great experience last weekend at the Ronde event. The stations were stocked and manned throughout the event. The shirt is super cool and one that I would actually wear, in fact my husband wants to order one for our son. The course was clearly marked. The post ride was fun. I won't hesitate to sign up for another TBC event.
