Didn't want to take my bike in yesterday but it was at the time it needed a checkup as I have been riding over the winter time, I took it in about 145 pm and they had it ready to go by 315 so I could take it out and ride on the trail yesterday afternoon.
We ordered a Trike for our youngest daughter. Everyone at the shop was more than helpful and did their best to make sure she was going to be happy and able to start putting the miles on.
After visiting several bike shops in the Des Moines area, it is clear that Bike Country is dedicated to their clients. The team is always helpful and knowledgable. I appreciate having quality expertise so close to home. Great customer service.
I spent a lot of time looking for the right dealer for my next full carbon road bike purchase. After much research and test riding I found Gordon(owner) and Kyle to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my first purchase from Bike Country. I even chatted with Gordon for a couple of hours going over any questions I had and really narrowing my choices down to what fit best for ME!
