Gordon has been extremely helpful every time I've need something fixed with my bikes. The staff has been nice and attentive and they have a great selection of apparel and gear. Highly recommended.
First off I don't even own a bike. I'm a disc golfer who has a cart I pull around the course, and it needed some help. I've know Sean Williams for a few years now and ran into him a while ago and explained my issues. He offered to help me out, cuz he's an awesome guy and it's kinda a bike-ish issue. He's been nothing but helpful and fixed my problem. And EVERYTIME I'm in there he's always; customer focused and possess a can-do mentality with a positive attitude. This is rare. Didn't want to take my bike in yesterday but it was at the time it needed a checkup as I have been riding over the winter time, I took it in about 145 pm and they had it ready to go by 315 so I could take it out and ride on the trail yesterday afternoon.
