Booked a guided trip with the bike blast team Las Vegas. Unfortunately, it was a no show. We looked forward to our trip as it was a once in a lifetime trip for me and a friend to Las Vegas and its beautiful surroundings. A day before our planned trip we contacted the bike blast team because we still didn't receive any confirmation of our trip the next day. Hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, which is a shame as the bike itself was a nice piece of kit. Don’t trust this company as they do not honour their word on refunds when trips are cancelled. The poor experience started prior to my trip - despite emailing several times I received no confirmation of my collection time and place until the day before. Great experience overall with the delivery and pick up, punctual and professional! They provided me with a BMC Granfondo solid bike. Will be using them again for sure!
What an excellent service that Bike Blast provides. They deliver the bike, tuned up and ready to go, straight to your hotel, everything accommodated. I would recommend Bike Blast to any cyclist or mountain biker wanting to rent a bike and enjoy the ride side of Vegas!
