They helped me design the perfect engagement ring and were able to make it in a very reasonable time that I almost didn't think was possible. Every employee I spoke with was very friendly and eager to help with anything I needed.
With their infinite patience, after countless messages and pictures, they created for me the EXACT ring I wanted. 😍 Using an emerald cut diamond from my engagement ring of 35 years ago, they designed an east-west setting with smaller diamonds on the shoulders and set it in white gold. It’s incredible! Happy 30th anniversary to me! I couldn’t be more pleased with the ring and the staff was so friendly and helpful- especially the owner. If you have an idea, they can bring it to life! Thanks Bijou!
This summer I had Adrienne's help to design a gorgeous ring using stones that had a great deal of sentimental value to me. The ring turned out GORGEOUS! This week I had my original wedding band changed to include 5 diamonds that also had sentimental value and it turned out beautifully! We only buy from Bijoux's and have done business with them for over 20 years. Their craftsmanship is excellent and I love having Adrienne's suggestions when I am at a loss of how to "repurpose" jewelry. HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

This review is well overdue, but my custom wedding ring is simply gorgeous. The owner walked me through the store when I came in to choose a design and I pointed out different aspects of various rings. She and her team were able to put together the most beautiful, unique design incorporating all of the design aspects I loved! Thank you, Annette St. Romain!
