wonderful work and the owner is very humble and sweet
Tokara is my nail tech and has been for a few years now. Bijou is a safe place and I trust the nail techs in training from Advanced Nail Tech Academy. My nails are always what I envisioned them to be and if I don't have a clue, Tokara is magic when she just does her own thing. This is a place where I can get my synergy gel set and know that I am not being played by another tech labeling an acrylic powder as gel and charging extra for it.
