Be careful when ordering from this shop. After ordering my gown they showed me a "pin" that would dress up which I chose as a plain gown. I said "ok" to the pin and it was written up along with the dress. Little did I know that a piece of costume jewelry is classified as "custom order" and therefore is not returnable. I had later decided to accept a relative's offer of a family heirloom to wear instead but was told by the store's personnel that "custom order" merchandise was not returnable and they would even try to do anyth... read more
