Went at the recommendation of Dillards to get my suit jacket altered because the back of the suit did not fit well and kept wrinkling. Altered once then twice and the wrinkle still persisted and it was uneven. Mistakes happen and that is okay. What dissappointed me was the fact that she didnt acknowledge that the wrinkle existed (as we were both looking at it) except to say she had 9 years of experience and my shoulders were crooked. After reading the reviews I decided to give this place a try. I was very excited, I always have to have my pants altered because I am petite and have a small waist. I was so dissappointed. My hems, on my pants, were not pressed when they gave them back, making them appear sloppy. Some of the hems were not even all the way around. But the worst, was the pockets. Exceptional service and pricing! While in the mall I had a button pop off my shirt, I picked it up off the floor and they sewed it back on while I waited in the dressing room. NO CHARGE!!! I have since been taking all my items to them. They replaced a zipper on a very expensive leather jacket and it looks brand new. Thanks ladies. I live in Hickory and there are several Alterations shops closer, but none can match the service or workmanship.
I used Bll Tailor for a complicated alteration and addition to a jacket of mine. They did an excellent job and completed the difficult alteration extremely quickly. I am very happy with the extra work they put in to get the job done. Thanks for the attention to detail and timely nature at which you completed it.

I have used BII tailor for the past 4 or 5 years now, I find them to be priced right, and they provide wonderful service. I have not needed the 30 minute service they offer, but its nice to know they offer it. Thanks ladies for the wonderful service today and happy holidays!!!!
