New to the area and I found them on line, the lady who waited on me quoted a price which was typical of what I normal pay at other alteration shops, then I showed her the 15% off coupon on their website and she looked like I was speaking jibberish. She maid a phone call, hung up, smiled and discount 20% for my inconvenience seems she was not aware they even had a website. The service was wonderful they did a great job and I will be back.

I love this tailor. I had a bridesmaid dress that ended up being 1 size too small for me. When I took my dress here, the tailor showed me that the dress was actually the right size, the inside liner was sewn incorrectly by the designer to be too small and encourage alterations. She took in the shoulder strap, fixed liner for me and even added an extra inch of cloth inside so that I could be comfortable. She had the same material the liner of the dress had. This place is crap! I ve been here a few times and been disappointed everytime. Shoddy work, no attention to detail. The last straw, I just took a pair of new \$200 pants up to get the legs hemmed up. I told her to make sure the thread matched the original. She said ok. I went back and instead of hemming them as normal tailor would do, she cut a piece out of the leg and sewed the original hem back on !! Ridiculous! After reading the reviews, I decided to drive from Denton to Lewisville specifically to have some pants altered. I recently lost 30 lbs and none of my pants fit me anymore. I was apprehensive that the pants would fit but would look strange. They examined my pants and did tell me that they would require more work than usual. (But where could I find Ralph Lauren linen pants for \$25?) The results were amazing.
