Th I was the first time being here and I love their food
Burger was fair. Fries, onion rings good. Initially service was good. Then asked for some small cardboard plates for serving cake (birthday party). Kid behind counter tells me he already gave us 30 pieces of paper for this. Wrong, that was the other party. He then told me he could sell me a party pack for $25. I just wanted a dozen plates. The kid was very condescending. Want a good great burger go to Chris Madrids. Want good friendly service go to Chick fil a. Bigz needs to send employees there for attitude training. Ray
Love Big'z, our family has been going for years. We've always dined in because I don't like to get food home that's lukewarm and soggy. Tonight, Big'z showed me how takeout is done right!! Ordered a burger to go and they had everything wrapped separately, the hamburger patty was wrapped in foil, the bun was wrapped in paper, the lettuce, tomato and pickles were in a plastic bag, etc. Built the burger at home and it was like it had come right of the kitchen. Fantastic job Big'z!!

Delicious food with kind employees. I’ve had the Chalupa Burger and the Cobb salad. Very delicious tea!
Huge, amazing 🍔 burgers. Large portions of everything. Great service, great food! Love the atmosphere of this place. Oh and try the chocolate milkshake, 😋 yum!!
Was not impressed with this place.Overrated burgers have no flavor what so ever. Onion rings horrible,salty,salty salty. Wanted to try it out,I did and yuk. Definitely not worth $34. Should of just went to In -N-Out.
