A lot of amazing burger for the price
Went to Big'z for dinner with my whole family, ten of us. Always have loved it but today I ordered my usual chicken, we were a little lite on the chicken, my dose of avocado could hardly be seen. Took it up to counter and they showed me where it was! Very disappointed! �������

Sadly I have been going here since the place opened. I went for my Daughters 3rd B-day Saturday. I have never witnessed such terrible basic customer service skills by a Manager. An employee decided that a child's burger wasn't enough food, and walked up picked up and threw away in front of my table without asking a word. I told the employee they where still eating and was told "it was just bread" (My autistic child goes there for the gluten free buns) I was shocked and wanted her to replace a single burger, she brought back ... read more

Great family place
The Chalupa burger is awesome!!!
Burger was really good. They had NO ice. Had to ask for some. Was told they were waiting for a delivery. Ended up getting a refund for a beverage I never got. Friendly staff. Great place to take kids. They were everywhere!
Hosted my client appreciation here and my first time ever. The experience and service was on point. We reserved the barn and outdoor patio. Everyone had a great time and the burgers were always warm. 111 burgers were served within a 3 hour window and always kept fresh food coming. Rangel Real Estate Group will be here again next year to host another client appreciation event!
