We came here to have rims and tires we bought put on my husband's jeep after another shop refused to do so because we "didn't buy from them." Big Tex didn't hesitate to do it. They were kind and professional!

Do not do business with this poor excuse for a company. My family was broken down and I took my tire and my rim here because it was closest. I asked if they could put the tire on, manager says "yes, it'll be 2 minutes" and I waited about 20min. Manager comes back when tire is almost done and tells me it will be $10. 2 other tire shops (not within walking distance) were charging $5 or free just to put a tire on and I asked the guy why it was $10 when he led me to believe he was putting the tire on for free. Awesome customer service! They have worked on my Jeep JKUR and 3rd Gen Tundra so far and the work has been nothing short of perfect. These guys are not trying to sell you something you don't want. they will actually sit down with you and show you all the options to find what is right for YOU! they have my business for life!
