I’ve seen the service desk tell customers things that are wrong so the service people can make more commission. These people do not have your best interest in mind and are very dishonest. Also, you will wait six hours for an oil change, has happened to me multiple times.
Huge thanks to Monee and the team of mechanics at Bighorn. After another mechanic left our car breaking down on the side of the road, these guys fixed up that one and our two other cars with great service along the way! I had lost my trust in mechanics, but they have earned my trust fully!
Service department has a hard time operating phones
After being declined service at Mountain Chevrolet for a Toyota Tacoma that I purchased from them last July 2024 and having surgery that year in October, booked out appointments, I was finally able to get it over to Bighorn. Monee did a very good and professional job at handling my request for a warranty claim even though I didn’t purchase it there and only have had it for 8 months and 6k miles since purchasing from Chevy.
