Jaret came out this morning to inspect for a drain plug. He promptly diagnosed and repaired the system to our COMPLETE SATISFACTION!
Bighorn Plumbing promptly dispatched Justin to replace our “cold” hot water heating tank. He arrived early, confirmed our diagnosis, made recommendations and replaced the tank that day. The work area was kept clean and clear as he removed the old tank, pressure tank, etc. — quickly installing the modern appliance. Tips on prolonging the new tank’s performance, and his general professionalism, turned a distressing situation into a pleasant experience. We will rely on Bighorn Plumbing for future plumbing issues.
