(Nothing against you Tzog - just want to add another deserved 1 star rating.) Expect grueling, extremely long and difficult shifts in extreme weather for pay that is decent, yet still doesn’t really match the amount of work put in. I currently make more than I did there per hour by doing much easier factory work, and soon about 60k/year if I can pull off working at 2 factories 80 hrs/week.
Management is horrible. Can attract good people but bottom line is they cut corners, don't care about employees and not an ethical company IMO
