Bigham Automotive takes advantage of people. They keep your automobile in the shop for at least a week, even if they quote you two days. They do not honor their warranties, but rather cite 'other' problems with your automobile that need to be fixed that could cause the warranty to be void if not fixed. So when we came in to have our transmission checked and repaired, they told us 'no, you need to repair the heater hoses. That's what's causing the problem.' Stay away from Bigham! I wish there was a zero star but one will have to do. Everything Rick and Leslie at Bigham Auto told me was not true and they blame everyone else for their bad service and poor workmanship. Stay away from this place they will take your money but who knows if they even fix what they say is wrong. Look at the other bad reviews and you will get the picture.
