Bigham Automotive takes advantage of people. They keep your automobile in the shop for at least a week, even if they quote you two days. They do not honor their warranties, but rather cite 'other' problems with your automobile that need to be fixed that could cause the warranty to be void if not fixed. So when we came in to have our transmission checked and repaired, they told us 'no, you need to repair the heater hoses. That's what's causing the problem.' They are very unprofessional and DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.. do not go there. To Bigham Automotive.They had our truck for theee months when only should have taken less than a week.. They are liers and do not stand behind there work..
