I expected a “peaceful” community. It’s anything but. Residents do as they please. There’s a basketball goal, for kids here. My neighbor runs a daycare out of her apartment with at least eight kids running around. The website, sign & application says it’s a senior place. It’s not. I complained several times to have nothing done. I live in the Pekin, In. property

My apartment is mostly cigarrete smoke damaged, the fridge reeked of smoke , carpets are also smoke damaged. The honest truth is the place is full of mostly older low-life obese trailer trash smokers that dont work or do anything except collect ssi and stay inside and smoke cigarettes all day , the smoke constantly drifts in to my apartment and comes through all my walls and bathroom vents, it interferes with my comfort , privacy and peace of my unit. Update, 3 months later: I did forward on my concerns for how toxic this company was and no response. Not that I need one, but standard practice in a professional environment is an exit interview. I still stand by my review, I don’t recommend renting from them or working for them. As a previous employee for 2 years and current tenant, I’m so disappointed in Biggs. They pride so much on the good work they do but all of the tenants are miserable. A toxic work environment and upsetting community to live in.
