I have been trying to get in contract with anybody for years. Nobody returns my calls or emails or anything. They always say they have open units but never can get anybody to reach back out.
I wrote a review over a year ago. Still till this day never got an approval or denial letter, txt,call or pigeon. Now they respond that maybe it wasn't explained. Now years later. Where is my application fee. I was told if I was denied I would get it back but never heard from anyone to this day. I guess you have to know someone to get in.
2n street loft application. They encourage you to apply but to give them the NON REFUNDABLE fee to apply, but then put you on a waiting list (for many months) and don’t really bother to tell you it’s that long (I waited in a hotel for weeks ) and then many many months later they ask you if you still want to be on the waiting list. It seems to be a good way to take money but then never see the light of day. $50 wasted and time wasted as well.
They are incredible. They actually give you a chance to have a place to live. Amazing people and business. Hannah is my favorite,she's truly amazing n so sweet. She's truly incredible.
I expected a “peaceful” community. It’s anything but. Residents do as they please. There’s a basketball goal, for kids here. My neighbor runs a daycare out of her apartment with at least eight kids running around. The website, sign & application says it’s a senior place. It’s not. I complained several times to have nothing done. I live in the Pekin, In. property
