Awesome Shop! – Awesome shop in San Marcos. I haven't bought much from them or used their service dept here ( I did use the service dept at the Oside location and it rocked! Very fair and honest). I was here for a poker run that Bigg's sponsored. They are very accommodating when helping various causes as a run stop or cash/shwag sponsor. Great guys, hot girls and bikes for a good cause? A – A++++++ What a great experience it was to go back to Biggs Harley Davidson. The salesman, managers, and service mechanics are all cool and easy to talk to. Biggs has an awesome selection of new bikes and a nice selection of quality used bikes. They rent out brand new or almost brand new bikes at great rates.... Biggs is located right off the 78 in San Marcos btwn Las Posas and San Marcos Blvd freeway exits. CHECK OUT BIGGS!

Stay Away. – I have ridden all over the country/world and have been to over 100 shops in the US and Europe. This is the worst shop I have been to based on quality of work, service and attitude.

Great in every aspect – Every time I bring my bike there the service writers and parts people are helpful and spot on in their explanations and assessments. When I have a minor emergency they always fit me in. All work has been perfect and timely. The bike is ready and gleaming just when they say it will be ready. I bought my bike there after researching prices at three dealers and I got the best package there at Biggs. Avoid at all costs – This place is going out of business. They do not take care of their customers. If you do get your bike serviced there, there's a good chance you'll be taking your bike to a real shop soon thereafter. Save your money and find another dealer. if you must buy a Hardley, go to El Cajon. They fixed everything that the inexperienced Biggs mechanics messed-up and that the Biggs management would not make right. Hence - you treat your customers poorly and you go out of business. The sooner, the better.

Slick Sales - Will Not Perform Warranty Work – The latest of many Biggs irritations: July, 2008: Took it to an indepedent for service due to total lack of faith in Biggs. They discovered a head gasket leak. Called Biggs to get it fixed under warranty. They refused. Cost me $700 out-of-pocket to fix a head gasket installed by Biggs just 7,000 miles earlier with the 11" kit. They finally had a chance with five days to fix it and get me on the road. Biggs is small on service. – I took my 2006 FXDBI Harley Davidson to the dealer for warranty repair work and a new rear tire. I left the bike there and didn't hear back from the dealership and called them back about 4 days later. The guy told me that he would have it the warranty part overnight shipped and I believed him. I called about 3 days later and was told the part was on back order and it would take 60 days to get the part.
