I bought my first Harley-Davidson used from Biggs-HD in San Marcos. The bike had an issue and I figured with all the bad stuff I hear about "stealerships" in general that I was out of luck and on my own. I went into the service dept looking for historical service records (no luck each one is independently owned) and shared my frustration with my new to me bike. First let me say the clothing and parts department are very good and I do business with them regularly. Really enjoy working with Craig in parts. HOWEVER, their Service Department is the worst I've ever encountered. I recently needed a new tire on my street glide 2010 Trike and I reluctantly ordered it from Biggs Service Department, despite having a bad experience there four years ago. I would like to amend my previous review. I worked with Bill Bushnell, General Manager, and Mike Moran, Sales Manager, and they completely changed my experience with BIGG's. All my issues were resolved and It was great I received their care. I am now happy to say I'm a Harley - Davidson owner, Thanks To BIGG's HD!
To give a quick background, I had a ****** ****, which I enjoyed, however, my father, who owns an Ultra Limited, persuaded me to get on a Harley. After doing some research online, I gravitated towards the Dyna Class. So, I decided to visit my local Harley Dealer, Bigg's, to check some out. I always have the best experience with the ladies in the motor clothes department. Jocelyn placed a jacket on hold for me and when I picked it up today she gift wrapped it for me which was Much appreciated. Thank you for always having friendly customer service! I will always return!
