Called last Friday and was lucky to be transferred to Mark in sales. He was very helpful, very friendly and took awesome care of us. My husband has wanted this darn motorcycle for as long as I know and Mark made the experience very smooth. We drove from Palm Springs because a local dealership as well as another close to us didn't even half the decency to call us back! Needless to say the hour and a half drive was worth it! The whole staff were very friendly! Maybe we'll be back soon for me :)
Great experience purchasing my first HD. Cody was top notch, and made the experience work for me. Entire staff was killer! The Street Bob may be my first bike, but certainly not my last!
I purchased my first Harley Davidson from Biggs about a month ago from Mark... Not only was the customer service great then, but when I called to schedule my 1,000 mile service I was treated like I was the owner himself... I will always recommend Biggs Harley to anyone I know!

My husband and I were in the market for an upgrade, and they made sure that we left happy. All of the staff was fantastic and super helpful. This is our first Harley. So we naturally had lots of questions, and everyone there was so patient with us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we look forward to attending their upcoming events!

After Visiting multiple Harley dealers and not finding what I wanted and approved for. I drove from Santa Ana down to get my bike at Biggs. Best decision EVER! Ask for Mike W., the BEST!
