Biggs without a doubt is the best Harley dealer around, best customer service, best sales people ,best clothing sales girls and best service department..I live in Temecula and ride down there to have service done on my Road King , it's the customer service that brings us in.. So. Go in to possibly trade my 2015 street glide special in on a 2017 street glide special, and had the most awesome salesman helping me out. Took me back to look at the bike I'm getting. I took a test ride on the same bike,and when I returned, I got the word that they don't even have that bike and won't have it till December. WTF?! But yet are advertising "No payments till 2017". As much business that I've done with them, they'd be finding that bike for me ASAP. Whatever Biggs, that's why I took a couple stars off on here. ... read more

Great friendly staff. Treated like a rockstar while awaiting repairs.
Horrible service dept, I need a stupid little $20 sensor and u have to keep my bike for 6 days instead of getting the part from another dealership. I even asked what the part was and offered to go get it for you to expedite my bike service and u wouldn't tell me what the part is. I'm leaving for Vegas bike fest on Tuesday and would like to ride the bike a little before I take it on a 4 hour ride. Very disappointed.
My friend Valerie had a great experience at the store found her bike only downside was the unapproptiate message we got from sales man helping her out Manny Overall great store.
