Highly recommend this practice! As an “adult” it can be intimidating going into a practice predominantly treating adolescents, but the staff and doctors made me feel seen and heard. Fantastic experience.
We love Biggs-Hansen! We did phase I here and had a great experience. Tried a different orthodontist for convenience for phase II for one of our kids but found that their staff was not as polite and accommodating and their treatment took much longer due to long gaps between visits. We are back at Biggs and so grateful!! It’s worth the drive. Highly recommend.
Dr. Biggs explained everything in detail and we met both Drs. During our first visit. We had three appointments at once and Carol was so helpful, and organized! All the staff made my kids feel super comfortable. They were reasonable with steps moving forward, and made individual plans for each.
