I had my braces removed in 05/2008 and returned today for a new retainer as mine cracked and broke. The front office staff, Brandi and Dr. Hansen were extremely kind, professional, efficient and thorough. They made a new retainer for me in less than 10 minutes using a mold created during my last visit. Dr. Hansen made some minor adjustments to the retainer, and he and Brandi ensured I was able to get it in and out easily before I left. The entire appointment took 30 minutes or less.
