We called John at Biggs Carpet Cleaning Co about a large red wine stain on a light colored wool rug. Although he was not at all sure he could get it out, he used a new product and then his extraction cleaner! His tenacity proved invaluable and the rug looks great. Ken was really friendly, punctual, and accommodating. I highly recommend his company!
I just wanted to say thank you for doing such a great job on our carpets! I couldn’t be happier. I just smile every time I look at the carpet because I didn’t think there was any way you could get them clean. I cannot believe they look so good! They look almost brand new!

Our carpets look fantastic! The cleaner arrived on time, was very competent, and completed my two-bedroom condo quickly! Our carpet now looks as wonderful as it did when we moved in, despite the fact that we have two dogs and rarely remove our shoes. He also recommended specific pet stain remover products! Bravo!
