Great professional service. My vehicle was serviced promptly.
Do not buy a used vehicle from this place. I purchased a used Cadillac Escalade from them. NOTHING but a headache and one problem after another. Come to find out they lied to me about the carfax report. It has 2 accidents listed. Steer clear of this place.
Chris on the service team was amazing. I was 3 hours away from my home on the way to NH for the funeral of my Mother in law when my 2021 Yukon with 31k miles on it died driving down the road. The Yukon was towed to Elizabeth City GMC where Chris got us diagnosed (faulty fuel module) and fixed within 30 minutes out the door! This was on Friday at 3:45 and they close at 5:00! Their excellent service will always be remembered…especially when I am looking to buy a new truck.
