Service was prompt polite and geeat
My wife and I have been working with this dealership since 2003. Everyone in EC knows Rick Duran made this dealership what it is. This post however is about the Service Dept. & my service person, Jennifer Jackson. She always takes care of everything, including picking up my 2022 XT4 and leaving me a loaner. Everyone knows Jake from State Farm— Jennifer is my Jake at E.City GMC. And I only deal with her!!!! Thx Jen for every service trip being a complete success.
Jennifer was wonderful to work with! She was professional, courteous and went above and beyond to help me! I will absolutely be back!
