Come on into Bigg's Barbecue and enjoy some good old fashioned barbecue while enjoy sporting events on Bigg's 25 televisions! Bigg's barbecue is unique. Unlike traditional Kansas City-style barbecue, all the meat -- brisket, pork, chicken and sausage -- is served with light sauce to accentuate the hickory-smoked flavor of the meat and Bigg's special dry rubs. Extra sauce is served on the side. Sunday breakfast is very yummy! Too bad Sunday only comes once a week!

Phenomenal food, fantastic service from the great and powerful Amanda and a real bargain for your buck. The great music being pumped into the old school decor keeps your feet tapping as you watch any of their dozen televisions. We sat downstairs in comfortable booths with soft lighting, but next time we'll sit in the loft area for a bit more privacy. If you're in Lawrence and you love mouthwatering barbecue, you MUST stop into Bigg's!
Well I hate to do this but I have to, That being said unfortunately it is apparently time for you to change your name from Bigg's to Bigot's, as every time I come to town to visit associates at K.U I never fail to drop in for some of your bbq, But this was the first time that i had brought my wife with me, and again please let me apologize for her Blackness. The pulled pork nachos we very good. The Burnt ends were the best I ever had.
