This is the most mouse-friendly building I've ever seen. Today, I saw a mouse running through the hallway in broad daylight. When mice are active during the day, it often means the infestation is severe. Whenever tenants report mice, management acts surprised, as if this is the first time they've heard about the problem. The pest control service they bring in has not been effective. We need a real, long-term solution instead of temporary fixes. Mice are a serious health hazard. Biggin Court was our first home when my family initially arrived. I’ve always appreciated the location - it’s tucked away from the main street, which made it feel safe, especially for the kids to play around the compound without worry. As our family grew, we needed more space and had to move into a two-bedroom unit. Maksim was incredibly helpful during that transition, making sure everything went smoothly and without any issues. I am a long term renter in this building. I have seen management grown and become very reliable, they answer all my questions/calls, and make me feel at ease being a tenant. I recommend renting from buildings they manage.
