Biggin Court was our first home when my family initially arrived. I’ve always appreciated the location - it’s tucked away from the main street, which made it feel safe, especially for the kids to play around the compound without worry. I am a long term renter in this building. I have seen management grown and become very reliable, they answer all my questions/calls, and make me feel at ease being a tenant. I recommend renting from buildings they manage.

I moved into one of the apartments here and have had a terrible experience. I signed a one-year lease, but for the past five months, I’ve been dealing with severe pest issues, including bed bugs and roaches. Despite trying everything on my end and having the management send a pest control team, nothing has improved, even after six treatments.
