The tech who came was extremely unprofessional, scattered and initially installed the wrong blinds. He literally handed my mother-in-law, the remote to install herself,. Poor customer service, ridiculous communication skills, and they do not follow through with what they promise. Wouldn’t recommend 0/10.

Very bad experience with this company. They took advantage of my 70 year old mother in law after making her wait months for blinds. The tech who came was extremely unprofessional, scattered and initially installed the wrong blinds. He literally handed my mother-in-law, the remote to install herself, this is unacceptable and when one of the blinds was malfunctioned and damaged, they told us that they were going to fix the situation, and then never did.
