We had a leaking pipe downstairs. This required us to shut off the water until it could be fixed. After calling several places, I couldn't get anybody to come out to fix it. Biggerstaff told me if they had an opening they'd call, and they did call just a short while later. Reggie was efficient, accommodating, and gracious. I won't use any other company after what they did for us today! Thank you!
Reggie unplugged our toilet quickly, and found what was causing it to clog frequently. The price was reasonable.
Adam did an amazing job with our water heater replacement, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions and the work was top notch. Highly recommend Biggerstaff and will be sure to call them in the future.
The receptionist was very polite, and got someone out quickly. The technician arrived, I alerted him to the fact that I found a leak that I thought may have been the problem. He evaluated that all internal hardware needed to be replaced. I didn't want anything else to be a problem in the future. BiggerStaff is always very responsive and quick to get us an appointment to have the situation looked at. They always clean up after themselves and never make a mess. Adam came and replaced our garabage disposal and he was great, professional, friendly and quick!!
