The purchase did not work out for me, but the dealer was very responsive when I first emailed them. They were honest, attentive, and friendly.
Excellent greeters, very poor when it comes to giving a fair market price/negotiating on a used car trade-in value - no leeway for trading.

There was the initial contact, however, I purchased a car from a local dealer before I could visit Biggers Mazda. Just the fact that they contacted me is good enough to start and gets them a "good" rating.
They responded initially, but did not follow up once I emailed the specifices of the payment and price I was looking for. I was planning on making a visit there on Memorial Day and, in return for not hearing back from them, did not Either He didn't think I wasn't worth their time or it was just poor customer service. Regardless, they lost my business.
Got a huge runaround from the salesperson. I will not buy from this place. Too bad because I really liked the car.
Not impressed, they were willing to sell me a new car that have been damaged with out telling me about it.
