I test drove a car at Biggers Mazda, along w/ 2 other cars that day. I called them after my search was over that day and told them I wanted to buy their car. They said great, it’s yours! They started a credit application on the phone, however as we were completing the application a manager called me to say that the car had been sold!! A very unprofessional way to run a business!
They were very helpful, sat and talked with us. I was interested in other cars too and they said no problem and grabbed them for me to test drive. The car we went to look at didn’t show the previous damage. But when taking a test drive, we noticed it then asked when we got inside. They showed us paperwork of what happened and that they could show us pictures as well making it clear that they wanted to be as transparent as possible with us.
Responded to my email quickly and followed up with their own email afterwards.
And the most important thing - I get great , great deal !
Joe was fantastic. He was flexible with the appointment time and did not give us the hard sell. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car from Biggers Mazda.
They responded timely, but they were not able to give me the lowest pricing.
