Roman is great with customer service skills! Very welcoming and helpful when it comes to picking your order! For the food: I wish the store offered real butter instead of a fake spread that leaves the bagels swimming in the oily madness. The drinks can be hit or miss, depending on who is working, but usually not too bad. For the atmosphere: All of the employees are friendly, tho only a few go above and beyond!
