Normally I have no issues. Yesterday I didn't get my egg on a bacon, egg & cheese bagel. Today my bagel wasn't toasted, the egg was flat & it was cold. Butter didn't melt properly. My hubby biscuit was cold as well. If I'm paying almost $30 for 4 items, I need them to be done correct. Where is the happy guy with the long hair that works there? Need him back because we couldn't eat any of it.
Not impressed with this Biggby I was not even greeted when i walked through the door. Just a stare with no smile or anything. I had to say hello and how are you. And when my coffee was ready it wasn’t called out and i had to ask if it was mine. When i got it was warm not even slightly hot. It was still good but i like my late close to hot so i can enjoy it over time not in 10 minutes. The tables weren’t even cleaned and sanitized.
