I USUALLY love this location!! But today not so much. I've been having problems with my points disappearing and the issue was fixed. I had a free one to redeem today so I handed cashier my card thinking I could get my free one today. Well the points disappeared again so it wasn't on there and I wasn't aware of this. And the cashier was rude and said "I still need your money!" And I was confused and asked wasn't my free one on there and her response was you only came in with one point on this card now you have 2!! When I aske... read more
