Service was fine but it smells like something died in there when I got to the window.
Been here 2 times and both times waited nearly 20 minutes with only a couple of cars ahead of me. This last time, and it is my LAST time here, they were bringing drinks out to cars behind me. There were several people "working" inside. Looked as if they were just standing around instead of doing anything. Finally, when my drink was done, she just held it near the window and turned to talk to the others inside.
Spent over an hour in the drive-thru with barely 5 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window and politely asked for a refund or at least a drink card for the ridiculous wait, they told me it was “policy” not to offer anything. No apology, no accountability. If your staff is overwhelmed, fine, but don’t make your customers pay for it literally. Absolutely wild experience. Biggby corporate needs to reevaluate this location’s standards ASAP!!! Drink also tasted like trash.
