Very SLOW, & priced way higher than most biggbys. And I think it’s rude of them to ask you to leave a tip! It’s one thing if the machine asks you before you enter your card but the person at the window asks every time “would you like to add a tip?” I know what they get paid, they are not waitresses relying on their tips.
We drove down to this location after a bad experience at the BIGBBY on white creek in cedar springs. We ordered iced drinks and they were served to us hot. Waited a fair amount of time for them and didn’t want to wait for them to be remade so we took the hot drinks. The drinks weren’t great.

The drinks are good along with the service. If you have a coupon, the prices are ok.
