I have gone here multiple times and most interactions are terrible! The customer service is awkward and uncomfortable, there is no sense of social skills from the employees and they constantly try to upsell upgrades or modifications to my order. One of the employees was struggling to understand a basic coldbrew and bagel I requested. They take way too long to prepare anything. Service was great! Breakfast biscuit was soggy & inedible. Unbelievably naked for the $$. Will not be returning.
I have enjoyed Biggby coffee for many months now and I usually get the same drink at this location. I ordered a drink and I was handed a different drink. The girl who took my order took my order wrong , she says I’m sorry. took the drink back then says they’ll make a new one. She still gives me the same drink that she handed to me that was wrong in the first place And it has whole milk in there and I asked for oat milk. I will not be returning very disappointed.
Food ... great. Staff ... Great. Getting inside the shop ... not as great. It's in a challenging location, and I get why it's a challenge. You park behind the shop. There is no entrance on the back side. You must walk around to the front of the shop to enter. It's not a terrible issue if it's not raining ... but it was during my visit ... lightly. Other than that, it was a good visit.
