Yet another store that thinks online orders aren't important. I arrived 7 minutes after placing the order AND receiving confirmation. And staff member told me that they had "just" got it. What she meant was we were a little busy so we completely ignored online orders coming in because who cares if you stand around another 10 minutes. Waited ANOTHER 9 MINUTES for my 2 drinks and a bagel. Yet they managed to clear all the cars in the drive thru and the couple who had just finished ordering when I walked in.
Oh, they need more staff, or they need to know how to divide the orders between those who go to the cart and those who enter the store. I waited more than 10 minutes and they couldn't give me what I ordered; I had to ask them to cancel my order.
