Awesome customer service at this location but Biggby is extremely overpriced. It seems like every time I come the prices have gone up. I can't afford to come here anymore. Bummer :(
Breakfast sandwiches were cold in the middle last 3 times.
Went and ordered a buttercup latte and was told they don’t have one …. The latte I did get was not good or a full cup and they left the whip cream off so that was disappointing…they do have the buttercup latte on a “secret menu” online just a shame they don’t know what drinks they do offer and what ones they don’t
I visited Biggby Coffee for the first time this morning with my mom. I ordered a Cookie Butter Latte, but it tasted extremely strong and unpleasant. When I politely asked if it could be remade, the employee rudely refused and told me to come back next time. I was shocked by the poor customer service and won't be returning. The way she treated me as a customer made me feel sad…
My wife went here recently, made her order and waited an exorbitant length of time for the workers to come. Then, finally, when the worker opened the window and gave 2 out of 3 drinks and said the 3rd was coming in just a minute. Wife waited patiently for 10 min, then was greeted with a fog of weed smoke. Worker's comment to my wife was " Oh, we forgot you were here. " The final drink was not made to order. Will not be returning to this location.
