Slowest biggby I’ve ever been to I could’ve bought the ingredients went home taught myself how to make it and come back and serve it to them before I got my order

I ordered a strawberry matcha latte, iced. It came out and half of the drink was foam and it tasted nothing of strawberries and a lot of the drink was ice like A LOT of ice. I expected better.
This bigby is my favorite out of all Surrounding biggby stores. The employees have great customer service and always a smile on their faces. The coffee is the most consistent meaning my latte tastes the same every time I go. Fast and efficient I never wait long at all. Overall the best location 🫶
