Biggby is a good coffee shop with many flavor options and delicious bagels.
The service is very slow, expecially through drive-thru. DO NOT GET THE PRETZEL BITES, they are unsalted bread balls. Good coffee though.
I am normally so happy w my coffee but im not sure what happened today... My service at this location is ALWAYS MORE than wonderful, and my drink is ALWAYS on point. Things happen bad days happen, a random bad coffee isn't that serious or worth a bad review especially when its made right! Im a firm believer in speaking life into all things good! Thank you for your impeccable service ALWAYS!!! ☺️
This is my favorite Biggby location. Their recipes are always in point. The staff is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The restaurant is always clean and well-stocked.
Only got half of our order right I ordered the blood moon, & got some sort of freeze, not the blood moon energy so was going to call to see what we can do to get the product fixed & they don’t answer the phone. 4/26/26 about 2:53 pm drive through.
