Overall no real bad or good experiences. I always feel pressured to tip though, any food items I have ordered are cold and I prefer hot, and price varies depending on who is at the drivethru window .
Waited over 30 in drive thru. Received 2 drinks that did not taste anything like what we ordered.
Was there after 7 am doors were locked. I had a coupon and they took my phone, said we dont accept it. Never tried scanning it. Then asked for a tip, i said no, drinks were terrible. One was hot water w some coffee. No flavor. Ordered a Butter Bear. I guess if you dont tip in findlay, they dont like it! I normally do tip, but since ihad already got out of my car to go in and doors were locked and she wasnt nice about the coupon, i didnt feel she deserved a tip! Wont be going to findlays biggby anymore!
We have been there twice in the last two weeks and both times we waited over 30 minutes . This time my drink was wrong , but I wasn’t going to bother the poor girl that was working . The staff that was working was friendly but overwhelmed. Terribly understaffed . Will keep going to the other location
