Unfortunately I have to edit my review. The first few times I’ve been it’s been great. Lately as soon as I walk in the door I’m greeted with silence and weird stares. No greeting. I go to the pickup area more silence. Until it finally becomes so awkward that they ask what do I need. I’m not sure if the staff changed or management changed but to not be greeted the last 3 times I’ve been makes me feel totally unwelcome. So I won’t be back.
They have the best coffee and bagels I’ve ever had! I have been to 4 different locations (3 in Ohio, this is the only one in Georgia) and their staff always exceeds my expectations as far as customer service and making quality food/ drinks. The Georgia location by far has the sweetest Baristas!
Best customer service ever!!! Coffee also well made! Sooo delicious! We go there at least once a week! Best Bragel around!!!
Great place! Wonderful service, delicious food, and coffee well made. I commented on how great the place is and the manager immediately said “yes, we love working here!” Which to me speaks volumes. What was cool about the environment is the different types of seating there. Some open, some closed, small table, larger seating area. Over all pretty cool! Would definitely be my go to spot to work if I lived closer.
Minimalist atmosphere, great for working! Coffee is the best I've had for the best price, no joke, and the bagels are super fluffy. To top it off, all of the workers are very nice and they make your order quickly!! LOVE Biggby, wish I lived closer to it!
