I LOVE Bigby coffee. But I hate getting it at this location. This will be my last time. I will drive the extra couple miles to avoid the terrible customer service here. Recently they dont even make the coffee right and then get indignant when I ask for them to correct it. Its a 9$ coffee it should atleasr taste good. I dont have any problems at any other locations. Poor attitude didn’t give rewards point like asked I’ve never had this problem with the Oscoda location no whip means no whip not scrape it off and forget to put the toppings on my drink. Will never again visit this location
Terrible service terrible food would not recommend
4/15/25 update Things were going well after I spoke with the general manager. My drinks were made correctly with the fixings and then it started happening again. No fixings. I give up and will just make my drinks at home. LOVE Biggby! Tons of drink options. I just wish they had online ordering like Starbucks. It would make life easier at times.
