Terrible service terrible food would not recommend
4/15/25 update Things were going well after I spoke with the general manager. My drinks were made correctly with the fixings and then it started happening again. No fixings. I give up and will just make my drinks at home. LOVE Biggby! Tons of drink options. I just wish they had online ordering like Starbucks. It would make life easier at times. LOVE Biggby! Tons of drink options. I just wish they had online ordering like Starbucks. It would make life easier at times. **UPDATE** This ended up happening again and therefore I was put in touch with the regional manager Emily. She did apologize for the service I had received. Like I stated it was a petty complaint, but at $7 a drink it should be made as shown. I was not looking to get anything out of it, I just wanted the problem addressed and corrected.
