They refused to serve us it was 7:45 and they didn’t want to serve us and the lady hid from the window when we pulled forward.
I’m a regular here and often order the Turkey Bacon and Cheddar on an Everything Bagel. Over the last year the quality in service has gone down hill. I’ve received the wrong item a few times now and today I received my order without the bacon and cheddar for some reason. Management needs to better assess the performance of the newer hires, and they’re doing a poor job. Always check your items before leaving the drive thru. This location cannot be trusted to give you your order correctly,
