I go out of my way to come to this Biggby location because the staff is so amazing especially Deanne! She is like a ray of sunshine, always puts a smile on my face with her unparalleled customer service. This location is easily accessible driving, and even when they are very busy they get through each order impressively fast! I LOVE the seasonal lattes and seasonal cold brew coffees, but my #1 go to is the golden honey latte. Ordered a Caramel Marvel hot coffee and it hardly tasted like coffee and there was no caramel flavor at all. We ended up throwing the drink away which was totally annoying since we’d spent over $6.00 for it.
