STOP ASKING FOR TIPS! It is crazy to me to beg for tips! Ask for a tip when my coffee tastes like pond water. Won't be back here.
I stopped last Sunday in the drive-thru. Two simple drinks (one of which was made wrong...didn't get an apology) took an ungodly amount of time. Thought it was just an off day for them, so I tried again today. Fourth car in line, two simple drinks ordered again, and I finally had to just pull away after THIRTY MINUTES of waiting. And I still hadn't even made it to the window! There's one of two things going on here: either the staff hasn't received adequate training or there is a staffing issue. Ordered a sugar free drink that was not made with the sugar free ingredients. Got 2/3 of the way through before I realized it. Spent the rest of my day sick. Called to speak to a manager, and apparently one won't be in for several days. Wouldn't recommend if you're a diabetic.
