I come here often and always have a great experience. This morning, I had my sons and my niece, and while I was inquiring to the barista about the kids drinks, the three of them were requesting sprinkles in the backseat. The barista very kindly confirmed that I probably want sprinkles on those 😂 she said of course that’s the magic of the magic milk! Great attention to detail and a small token of kindness to improve someone’s day. Thank you to the DuPont Biggby for consistently good service!
Had a chance to grab coffee from BIGGBY recently and it was a pretty good experience. The staff were friendly and got my order ready quicker than I expected. I went with an iced latte and it tasted fresh, smooth, and not overly sweet. The shop had a relaxed vibe that made it easy to sit for a bit and catch up on some emails. Prices seemed fair for the quality too. Nothing fancy, just a solid coffee spot with good service. I'll probly come back when I'm in the area again.
I went last weekend with my husband, not only did they take forever after they had taken payment but they got my drink wrong when I told them they were very rude. I've gone in the past and enjoyed it but after the service I received I will not be going back.
