Absolutely the nicest baristas ever. They always make my day when I come in, even when the weather sucks and they themselves are clearly having a lot of stress. Absolutely amazing ❤️
Excellent customer service.
Love this location like everything about the service food ect but, I’m buying a 6-7 dollar coffee and a 6-7 dollar bagel and the person at the window looks at me and ask me if I want to put a tip on my card… so now my bagel and coffee just turned into a 20 dollar trip. Tips are for service like at a restaurant or an airport when they check your luggage outside not for someone handing you a cup and a bag. This is why I come here maybe once a month instead of once or twice a week
