I like this location because they make good drinks but I really wish they would stop trying to ask you for your order when you’re not even up at the menu board yet. The hood of my car is not ordering coffee…. If there is two cars in front of you it’s not possible to pull up all the way to the menu board. The drive thru time could also improve because sometimes I’m sitting there for a while. I also went inside to eat recently and to be honest it smelled weird and wasn’t super clean but not super dirty and definitely dingy.
Stopped by Sunday morning for coffee and a bagel. Don’t think I would visit this location in the near future. I will say first the staff was nice. It was just the experience. I waited entirely too long for my drink to be made and I was the only one in the store. Granted, I’m aware that they do have a drive-in and they typically prepared those drinks first. It doesn’t matter if I wait an entire year to try and come back to this location there is an issue every single visit without fail. Not sure if you need more staffing or what but 15 minutes in a drive thru is unreal for one coffee. I’d have left if it was not already paid for.
I have been going to this location for the longest time until today’s issue me and my friend had ordered a few bagels tru the app which where plane with cream cheese once we got into the store, they had asked us where the bagels just plane when we said no they were supposed to be with cream cheese. They had then gave us the three bagels completely plain.
