I literally go here all the time and they get my order wrong all the time. I acknowledge that it's wrong and they give me attitude
They have attitudes when you order. Don't make anything right. I can't have energy drinks, they put redbull when I told them not to, they also charged me more for a drink the other day because they charged me for the wrong drink, then they made rhe right one but said they couldn't refund it and charge right. I was gonna let thag go, but they made this drink wrong, then added redbull when I have a heart condition and cant have it. I paid 15 dollars for two drinks and they were bad. Worst place to get coffee! No parking and rude staff, especially for a place of business to be in the hospital
Six employees working today. One holding up a wall and the other 5 would not stop talking to each other. Orders were getting messed up, drinks left in blenders and forgotten about. Baristas talking so much and tossing order slips, so they had to go back to computer to see what was ordered. This is a very busy place being in a hospital. Long lines for ordering and pick up.
