Six employees working today. One holding up a wall and the other 5 would not stop talking to each other. Orders were getting messed up, drinks left in blenders and forgotten about. Baristas talking so much and tossing order slips, so they had to go back to computer to see what was ordered. This is a very busy place being in a hospital. Long lines for ordering and pick up. They’ve got my drink wrong four mornings in a row and I’ve been in the hospital for two weeks and every time they’re nasty about it
This place has bad service, if you want snotty employees that charge you extra for something you asked for in the first place, this would be the place. When I ordered I asked for the 16oz signature iced coffee and the ham and cheese bragel combo for $9. They gave me a cream cheese bagel and I wasn’t upset at all but when I asked about it they seemed bothered said I asked for that. Rude staff.
My last two experiences have been extremely horrible at this bigby since the hiring of the new night staff. Particularly a young man who works the afternoon night shift . He has been very rude, and literally called me, a frequent customer, irritating after asking me to repeat my order, and when I did repeat it per his request, he stated that I didn’t have to, then proceeded to callMe irritating.
