I love the people who work earlier in the evening, but this new girl they have at night is not it. She is rude and unprofessional. I approached and was standing at register to order. She did not look up or acknowledge my presence until I said "Hello?!" Even then she made sure to continue texting before coming to take my order and continued whole she made it. This generation and their inability to function without being on their phones is ridiculous.

Visited this Biggby on Wednesday, Dec 10, and the service was UNACCEPTABLE. The lady working was TEXTING ON HER PHONE while making my order. A simple sandwich that should take a minute or two took 7 MINUTES because she was more focused on her phone than the customer in front of her. This is NOT PROFESSIONAL, and definitely not what I expect from Biggby. Management needs to HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES and ensure basic standards of customer service are being followed. Completely disappointed with this visit
Fast, friendly, and consistent. Hemlock BIGGBY nails the basics—great coffee, quick drive-thru, spotless shop, and a crew that treats everyone like a regular. The Caramel Marvel is a standout, and it’s a perfect stop off M-46. Five stars without hesitation.
