The coffee is good, but the muffins are dry and crumbly. Don't try to eat one in the car, you'll have a mess on your hands! The service is excellent, and the staff is attentive. This is for the Biggby on Michigan Ave. in Howell.
This location was friendly and great service!
I slipped in this past Tuesday and was greeted warmly by the young lady behind the counter. Her name was Brytta (sp) and she couldn't have been any sweeter. She was engaging and an excellent conversationalist with a wonderful disposition. The drink she made was delicious and the whole atmosphere she inspired was top shelf. I will frequent this store often.
The staff at this location is always pleasant, friendly, and quick to serve. They greet me by name regularly. Most recently I use the app and accidentally sent my order to their location. I never called to request a refund since it was my fault. Today they sent me a friendly message telling me they realized my mistake and proactively refunded my purchase. Just a fantastic way to run a business all the way around!
