Employees are practically begging for tips and they’re so short staffed they’ve been unable to have the lobby open for two Sundays in a row. Is management stupid?
What happened to the usual staff?! That is literally the biggest reason my son and I come here every weekend. The staff was always so friendly and inviting. The staff now is fine, but not friendly. They literally plunked my drinks down and didn't say thank you, smile or anything. Also, there were no regular straws and I didn't feel remotely comfortable asking for one. Honestly, I just wanted to leave. I'm super bummed because now I have to find a new coffee shop to frequent 🥺
This place has become a mess lately. It literally takes three times as long as it used to and no one seems to know what they are doing anymore. My wife had to ask for another pump of syrup since her drink was not made correctly. They did not take our coupon as they usually do and did not tell us that or explain why. She also ordered a bragel and the cheese wasn't even melted. I don't know why it wasn't melted, they had plenty of time to melt it with how long we waited. really friendly staff!
The Staff are so nice to me anytime I come up for coffee. The only issue I have is that there’s a huge hole right by the drive thru speaker and I’m worried it’s going to mess up my tires in the long run…
